Dr. Bernice Szafarek
Dr Bernice Szafarek grew up in Connecticut and has been in practice since 1984. She is actively involved in organizations in her community, such as the Soroptimists, Relay for Life (an American Cancer Society fund raiser), and is past president of the Northeast Dental Association. She is also a member of the Insurance Council for the CT State Dental Association. She currently resides in Lebanon with her husband and children.

Kim: Registered Dental Hygienist
Kim graduated with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1996. Kim has been a part of the Szafarek Dental team for over 14 years. She enjoys being able to help our patients achieve their optimal oral health while building relationships with them. She has seen generations come through our practice. She is a native of Connecticut who still resides here with her husband and two children. You will always find Kim planning her next family adventure.
Stefanie: Office Manager
Stefanie has been a member of the Szafarek Dental team since 1997, working in many positions throughout the office. She graduated from Uconn with a Bachelor's Degree in Allied Health sciences. Stefanie is always busy behind the scenes helping the office run smoothly. This includes acting as resident IT tech and keeping the practice updated to better serve our patients. In her spare time, Stefanie enjoys skiing and boating as well as volunteering in the community.

Jill: Dental Assistant
Jill joins our team this year returning to Connecticut after practicing dental assisting for 18 years in Alabama. Jill attended Marianapolis Prep school in CT and is an enthusiastic and outstanding member of our team. In her spare time Jill enjoys hiking, water sports and cooking.
