At Szafarek Dental we like to reward our patients at every opportunity we get, so we created a rewards program. The run-down of how to earn these rewards points is listed below.
20 Points- Refer a freind to the office
10 Points- Five years of being a loyal patient
5 Points- Fill out an return a testimonial
3 Points- Become a friend or fan on facebook
2 Points- Have improved your dental hygiene
2 Points- Bring you dental applaince at you appointement
Points can be applied to: Account Balances and are transferable to Product purchases
Two points are equal to $1 and are not redemable for cash and a minimum of 50 are required
