This patient had missing teeth
and misaligned teeth.
|
I treated him with an implant on one side
and a fixed bridge on the other, utilizing smile design principles.
|
|
This patient had unsightly white spots on
two front teeth.
|
I treated her with a lightening procedure
followed by bonding with tooth colored materials.
|
|
|
This patient had a poorly developed
front tooth.
|
I treated her with direct bonding to create
an esthetically correct appearance.
|
|
This patient had old crowns and stained teeth.
|
I treated her with ceramic crowns. The absence
of metal gives a pleasing natural appearance.
|
|
|
This patient suffered from badly decayed (rotting) front teeth.
|
I repaired his teeth with ceramic crowns
(metal-free) to restore the proper color and shape of his teeth.

The 3 sets of photos are of the same
patient.
The photos on the left show extensive tooth wear,
large old silver fillings, broken down and decayed teeth and missing
teeth. These photos show the top and bottom teeth. Brown areas
represent the disappearance of protective enamel. When enamel is
no longer present to protect the softer inner layers of the teeth
they can wear down very quickly.
I treated this patient with a combination
of crowns, fixed bridges, contouring and bonding to restore the
mouth to comfortable function and esthetic appearance.

This patient is missing one tooth and
has frctured another due to trauma. The adjacent tooth has a large
stained older filling.
|
I replaced the missing tooth
with a fixed Maryland bridge and placed two ceramic crowns
on his right side. I used a Maryland bridge to preserve his tooth
structure, since the teeth adjacent to the missing tooth were intact.
A Maryland bridge links the missing tooth to the remaining teeth
by bonding metal wings to the tongue side of the abutment teeth.

This is a young patient with a fractured tooth.
|
I repaired only the fractured
tooth with a tooth colored filling. This was done in one 40 minute
visit.
